01
Everyday clutter

General junk removal

Clear out the unwanted items taking up space in your home or business. Tell us what needs to go and where it is located, and we will help plan a practical pickup. From a few items to a mixed load, our volume-based approach gives you a clear starting point.

02
Big & bulky

Furniture removal

Make room for your next chapter without figuring out how to move that bulky couch, dresser, table, or bed frame. We handle furniture removal from homes, rentals, and businesses. Share dimensions, stairs, and access details so the quote reflects the work involved.

03
Big & bulky

Appliance removal

Have an old refrigerator, washer, dryer, or other appliance taking up room? We can help arrange removal and appropriate disposal or recycling where available. Let us know the appliance type, condition, and location in advance. Special handling or disposal fees may apply.

04
A fresh start

House cleanouts

Moving, downsizing, or simply ready to reclaim your home? We help remove unwanted household items from individual rooms or larger cleanouts. Identify the items you want to keep before pickup, and tell us the approximate amount to remove so we can plan labor and trips.

05
A fresh start

Garage cleanouts

Turn a cluttered garage back into a usable part of your home. We remove unwanted furniture, boxes of nonhazardous items, and other accepted junk. Set aside valuables and flag chemicals or liquids separately; those materials are not part of our accepted waste stream.

06
Outdoor spaces

Yard waste removal

Get leftover branches, brush, and other accepted yard debris out of your way after a cleanup. Describe the materials and how they are piled when requesting a quote. Heavy material, large pieces, access restrictions, or additional trips can affect the final price.

07
Property turnover

Rental property cleanouts

For landlords and property managers, unwanted items can slow down the next step in a property turnover. We help clear accepted junk from rental properties with respectful handling and straightforward communication. Confirm your authority to remove the items and share any access requirements.

08
Business spaces

Commercial junk removal

Keep your small business focused on its work rather than unwanted furniture and clutter. We help offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties remove accepted items. Tell us about building rules, parking, loading areas, and scheduling needs before the job is confirmed.

09
A fresh start

Storage unit cleanouts

Stop putting off the storage unit you no longer need. We help remove accepted unwanted contents so you can take the next step toward an organized space. Share the unit size, a description of the contents, facility hours, and any access rules when requesting a quote.

10
Project cleanup

Construction debris removal

Clear accepted nonhazardous debris from a renovation or small construction project. Material type matters as much as volume, especially for dense or heavy loads. Tell us exactly what is included; asbestos, hazardous substances, paints, and other liquid waste are not accepted.

11
A thoughtful transition

Estate cleanouts

Estate cleanouts deserve care, patience, and respect. We help remove unwanted accepted items while you decide what stays with the family. Set aside personal documents, keepsakes, and valuables first. We will discuss the scope and access so the removal process feels manageable.

12
Ready to go

Curbside junk pickup

Already have accepted items gathered in an accessible spot? Ask about a curbside pickup. Describe the load, location, and any restrictions so we can confirm the plan. Keep walkways clear and do not place items where they create a safety hazard or violate local rules.

SAFETY COMES FIRST.

SOME THINGS NEED
A DIFFERENT KIND OF DISPOSAL.

We don’t accept the following materials. Please do not mix them into your junk pile or move an unknown substance. If you’re not sure about an item, contact us before booking so we can confirm whether it belongs in our accepted waste stream.

  • Gasoline, diesel, and other flammable liquids
  • Propane tanks and pressurized cylinders
  • Hazardous chemicals, solvents, and pesticides
  • Paints, oils, and other liquid waste
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Explosives, fireworks, and ammunition
  • Radioactive materials
  • Medical waste, needles, and biohazardous materials
  • Unknown or unidentified substances

Heavy materials, oversized items, specialty removal, and light demolition must be discussed in advance. They may require extra labor, disposal fees, or additional trips. Review our pricing guide for the full list of factors.

GOOD QUESTIONS. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

A LITTLE CLARITY
BEFORE THE CLEANOUT.

Not sure about an item, a price, or your neighborhood? We’re happy to talk it through.

Ask the AOA team
How much does junk removal cost?

Our minimum charge is $125. Typical volume-based ranges are $125–$250 for a small load, $250–$500 for a medium load, and $500–$750+ for a large load. Heavy items, access, labor, disposal fees, or multiple trips can add to the cost. We discuss the job and pricing before removal.

Do you serve my part of Houston?

We serve Houston and surrounding communities within a 60-mile radius. Send your city or ZIP code so we can confirm pickup availability, access, and any travel-related considerations.

Can I request an evening or weekend pickup?

Yes. We are available seven days a week and welcome requests for any time of day. Every pickup depends on crew availability and job requirements; your appointment is confirmed directly with our team. Submitting a quote request does not reserve a time.

What should I do before you arrive?

Identify the items to remove, set aside anything you want to keep, and let us know about stairs, long carrying distances, or restricted access. Separate any hazardous or unidentified materials. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before moving it.
