Our $125 minimum applies to the service. Typical ranges help you budget, but your final quote is based on the agreed scope. We’ll discuss the work and applicable charges before removing your items. No online form submission is a binding booking or fixed-price offer.

A clear description makes the conversation more useful and helps us plan the right labor and trips.
If the contents are uncertain, say so. Don’t handle unidentified substances to get a closer look. We don’t accept hazardous or liquid waste, and dense construction material may need special consideration. Our accepted-item guidance helps you separate those questions from the rest of your cleanout.
